David I. Tesler

is the CEO of Real Diligence, LLC. He is also the CEO of LeaseProbe, LLC, a lease abstracting company he founded in 2004. In 2008, LeaseProbe acquired Real Diligence. Prior to launching LeaseProbe, Mr. Tesler served in the New York offices of Skadden Arps Slate Meager & Flom LLP and Jenkens & Gilchrist, Parker Chapin LLP. During that time, he represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of various types of commercial real estate. He also represented clients (both landlords and tenants) in commercial lease transactions and real estate finance / refinance transactions.

Mr. Tesler's experience in real estate law led him to see there was an underserved market for commercial lease abstracting services. In response, he founded LeaseProbe in partnership with Madison Commercial Real Estate Services, or MCRES. LeaseProbe is devoted solely to the production of commercial lease abstracts and lease review.

Mr. Tesler graduated with honors from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. After graduation, Mr. Tesler clerked for now-Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch at the Israeli Supreme Court in Jerusalem. In addition to his legal education, Mr. Tesler earned a MA degree in Medieval History from Bernard Revel Graduate School.

Daniel Kasten

is the CFO for Real Diligence, LLC. Prior to joining MCRES, Mr. Kasten worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP as a senior tax consultant, focusing on the banking and securities industries and as senior tax advisor at Ernst & Young LLP, focusing on midsize and Fortune 500 companies. Since leaving public accounting, Mr. Kasten has been actively involved in the negotiation, purchase and due diligence of property valued in excess of $500 million. As CFO of Real Diligence, he draws upon both his accounting acumen and his broad exposure to the real estate markets. Mr. Kasten received an MBA degree from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, where he concentrated on finance and accounting., He is licensed as a CPA in New York.

Arnon Wiener

is Director of Operations for Real Diligence, LLC. He earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999, where he was a recipient of the Nordlinger Behrend Scholarship Award for academic achievement. Mr. Wiener was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1999, and was also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland Bar. Mr. Wiener served as a judicial law clerk for the 5th District, Circuit Court of Maryland. After clerking, Mr. Wiener worked as an attorney at the law firms Venable, LLP, and Blades and Rosenfeld, P.A. His areas of practice included complex construction, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Wiener has represented large real estate developers and both shopping center owners and tenants in various aspects of negotiating commercial leases and otherwise resolving commercial lease disputes through the court system.
